Wiz Khalifa Shares Release Date for Upcoming Album
To bless April 20th, American superstar Wiz Khalifa is blessing fans with an update on his forthcoming album to celebrate the marijuana-themed holiday.
Kush & Orange Juice crooner on Friday revealed in an Instagram post that his next album, which we cautiously assume to be the highly anticipated Rolling Papers 2, will be released on July 13.
“I’m good at everything,” he captioned, with an accompanying video of the multi-faceted 30-year-old bowling a series of strikes with ease. “My album comes out July 13th!!!”
Additionally, Wiz hopped on reggae artist Damian Marley’s “Medication” remix for an intoxicating verse alongside Stephen Marley and Ty Dolla $ign, which also dropped Friday.
The Pittsburgh native burst onto the mainstream scene with his successful major-label debut, the original Rolling Papers, back in 2011. Khalifa’s upcoming effort would mark his first LP since 2014 with Blacc Hollywood. He previously held fans over with a pair of EPs last year.
Summer 2018 is setting up pleasantly for hip-jump fan, with Drake, Kanye West and Nicki Minaj all normal to drop collections in the coming months. The commencement to July 13 starts today.
